Shakti Kapoor - Only Male Contestant In Bigg Boss Season 5

Bigg Boss Season 5 commenced on 2 October 2011, introducing 14 contestants, which includes only one male celebrity participate Shakti Kapoor.

It seems that format of the Bigg Boss season 5 show has undergone a change from the previous seasons which had seven male and seven female contestants, unlike this show which has only one male among 14 big boss contestants.

The only male celebrity Shakti Kapoor is around 50 year of age.In 2005, he was stuck in controversy after a news channel aired sting operation showing the actor asking sexual favours from a reporter, who was disguised as a Bollywood aspirant.However, Shakti Kapoor denied the allegations against him.
