Sampat Pal Devi, Leader Of Gulabi Gang Entry As Bigg Boss Season 6 Contestant

With the disclosure of Bigg Boss 6 contestant list, I found Sampat Pal Devi, Leader of Gulabi Gang the most prominent one. The lady in pink sari enters the house of Bigg Boss 6 as a fourth contestant next to Navjot Singh Sidhu, Sana Khan, Vrijesh Hirji. Salman Khan, Bigg boss 6 show hosts welcomes all the 14 contestants out of 15 contestants in the house in Lonavala. One common man will be the 15th entry in the bigg boss house whose identity is not yet revealed.

The Gulabi Gang or rose gang has been founded in 2006 by Sampat Pal Devi, lady you can see in Bigg Biss 6 show as a contestant. All the members

of this woman group wore pink saris. The women in group are the pink vigilantes with lathis or sticks in their hands. Gulabi gang is a gang for justice. Members wear pink color saris because pink symbolize life. This group is also active in North India and originally it is from Chitrakoot in Bundelkhand district from Uttar Pradesh state.

There is news from bollywood that Madhuri Dixit will play the role of gulabi gang leader, Sampat Devi. The film will be named as Gulab Gang, a group that fight corruption and force police officers to file cases for deprived people. Film is being produced by Anubhav Sinha and directed by Soumik Sen. The film starring Mahie Gill and Shilpa Shukla other Madhuri Dixit is expected to release later this year or on International Women's Day March 8, 2013.
